Fitness influencers are constantly trying to sell you workout routines, meal plans and supplements. But the lack of information about exercise and nutrition is not your barrier. You may already know what you have to do. It’s that you are not doing it. Or there are so many thirst-trapping pseudo-experts with pixel-perfect bodies and lives on social media that it’s hard to tell who’s giving genuine advice and who’s fake.

Uplift Crew is about helping you navigate in the world of health and wellness without getting lost or overwhelmed. It’s about changing your behavior in small steps to move more, eat better and recover properly. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, including managing stress, getting quality sleep, breaking old habits and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
